You paid his bills, cooked his meals, did you wipe his
behind too? Did you want a partner or did you just want to feel needed?
Because he is so used to you doing it all, he does
nothing. You can do everything for a man it doesn’t mean he will appreciate all
your hard work.
When you value, love, respect, cherish, and uplift
your mate, you place them in a position where they are out of reach for someone
else. Now, if you feel as though your mate is not worthy of such nurturing
treatment, then you have a whole other set of problems to worry about. If you
are scared that doing all that for your mate will still lead to them leaving or
mistreating you, then you need to get over that. It may happen. But just
because the worst can happen doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try for and expect the
best. Value, love, respect, cherish and uplift your mate.
