The number of guests you invite directly impacts your budget.
More guests equals a larger (and possibly more expensive venue), more food and
more tables which equates more centerpieces, place settings, escort cards, and
more.
The bigger the crowd, the more costly the party. Write down your list and
also allow both sets of parents to contribute as well. From there, you’ll have
a good estimate regarding guest count. This may be another tough discussion to
have, but its better to address it towards the beginning of the planning
process.
