You're holding onto history, the years invested, avoiding heartbreak, the fear of starting over, meanwhile God is quietly working on your courage and reminding you of your true value.

2. START A HOBBY
    Something that is exclusively yours that keeps your mind preoccupied off the drama because when someone insults you if you're not careful they'll try and demean your whole existence and that hobby will be your lifeline to remind you that you are still worthy in spite of what they they say or do.
    3. BLOCK CONTACT
    No half measures, as the people we love have a way of sliding back into our affections. All it takes is one text, or throwback pic of you guys as a couple to trigger a reaction which in turn leads to a full blown convo full of promises that it won't happen again.
