5 Tips for the Pregnant Bride

Friday, March 10, 2017

1) Get a temporary wedding band that is slightly larger, since your fingers might be swollen
2) Keep some ginger candies or chews handy in case you feel sick.
3) Ask your caterer to prepare a special menu for you excluding foods you shouldn't eat, and with the foods your craving!

4) Always factor in a few sizes up when dress shopping. Since it typically takes about 4-6 months for a dress to come in, your belly will be larger by then. If you're not showing yet during your first appointment, let your consultant and alterations department know you're expecting, that way they can also factor in a few inches during fittings.

5) Hire a wedding planner! Your hormones are raging and you're probably pretty emotional. You don't want to lose your cool due to the stress of wedding planning. Hire a planner who will take care of all the nitty gritty and make sure that the process is as perfect as can be for you and your fiancé.
